1330 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms of use for the 1330 platform, which all users in Malaysia are required to comply with. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
By registering for or using the 1330 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out in this document. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the 1330 platform — your dedicated online sports betting and entertainment destination for users in Malaysia. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of 1330. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms set out herein. These terms take full effect from the date you first use the 1330 platform for any purpose.
The 1330 platform may only be used by individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older under applicable Malaysian law. If you are below the stipulated minimum age, you are not permitted to register for or use any services offered by 1330. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful under the local laws applicable in their place of residence. 1330 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of involving an underage user.
You also acknowledge that you are not registering for or using the 1330 platform in your capacity as a representative of any unrecognised business entity, third-party agent, or individual prohibited under Malaysian law. Acceptance of these terms is non-transferable and is personal to you as a registered user. 1330 reserves the right to modify or revoke access for any user found to be in breach of these acceptance conditions without prior notice.
2. Account Creation & Security
To gain full access to the 1330 platform's services, you are required to register and create a valid personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, an active email address, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and any other details required by the 1330 system. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 1330 platform. Attempting to register more than one account using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without any refund of funds. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access through you.
Your 1330 account password and login credentials are confidential and must not be shared with any other party under any circumstances. You are advised to use a strong, unique password that differs from those used on other platforms. If you suspect that your account has been accessed or compromised by an unauthorised party, you must notify the 1330 support team immediately through the available channels. 1330 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
One Account Only
Each user is entitled to one active account at any given time.
Password Security
Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
Accurate Information
All registration details must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 1330 platform, you agree to use all services provided in a responsible, ethical manner and in compliance with applicable Malaysian law at all times. You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that constitutes fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or any action intended to gain an unfair advantage through the 1330 platform. The use of any third-party software, automated bots, scripts, or technical tools designed to exploit the platform's systems or games is strictly forbidden.
You are also prohibited from using the 1330 platform to distribute obscene, seditious, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise unlawful content that infringes the rights of others. Any attempt to access restricted areas of the platform, hack the system, or disrupt 1330's technical operations will be reported to the relevant authorities and your account will be terminated immediately. Users are also responsible for ensuring they do not use this platform for any purpose that contravenes current Malaysian law, including the Betting Act 1953 and related legislation.
1330 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions without prior notice. Should any suspicious activity be detected, 1330 reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or terminate the relevant user's account while retaining all transaction records for investigation purposes. Users involved in fraud or unlawful activity will not receive any refund for funds deposited or winnings obtained through such means.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
1330 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for the convenience of local users. All deposits, withdrawals, and transactions carried out on this platform will be processed in MYR using payment methods supported by 1330 at the relevant time. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details you provide are accurate, and that any bank account or digital wallet used belongs to you and is registered in your name.
Successful deposits will be credited to your 1330 account within the processing time applicable to your chosen payment method. 1330 is not responsible for delays caused by banks, third-party payment providers, or technical disruptions beyond our control. Any dispute relating to a deposit or withdrawal transaction must be raised with the 1330 support team within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction date to allow for a prompt investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the 1330 finance team. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to 1330's current policy and may change from time to time without prior notice. Users who suspect any unauthorised transaction on their account must contact the 1330 support team immediately so that account protection measures can be taken. All financial transactions carried out through this platform are final once confirmation is received by the 1330 system.
1330 is fully compliant with Malaysian legal requirements on anti-money laundering (AML). Any deposit suspected of originating from an illegal source will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities without notice to the user. Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds originate from legitimate and lawful activities.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 1330 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranty that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 1330 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses suffered by users, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. In no event shall 1330's maximum liability exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1330 platform — including but not limited to visual design, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, source code, trade names, and all other creative elements — is the exclusive property of 1330 and is protected under applicable Malaysian intellectual property law. No part of this platform's content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from 1330. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights will result in appropriate legal action being taken against the responsible party.
Third-Party Links
The 1330 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for users' informational convenience only. The presence of such links does not imply that 1330 endorses, verifies, or is responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those third-party websites. Users who access third-party links do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility, and the terms & conditions and privacy policies of those third parties will apply. 1330 has no control over the content of third-party websites and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a user's use of those websites.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
1330 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so — including but not limited to: breach of these terms & conditions, involvement in fraudulent or unlawful activity, providing false information during registration, abuse of bonuses or promotions, or a request from a relevant authority. Where an account is terminated due to a breach, any remaining balance in that account may be forfeited and will not be returned to the user. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 1330 support team, and all legitimate remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable procedures.
Changes to These Terms
1330 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at the sole discretion of management, without any obligation to obtain prior user consent. Any material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or to their registered email address, with reasonable notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the 1330 platform after any amended terms come into effect constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia as in force from time to time. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with the use of the 1330 platform or these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute. Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from this document and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
